Adding new users to your account

Set up access for a new user to your MaiaGrazing account

There are two main types of users that can be added to MaiaGrazing accounts:

  • New MaiaGrazing users - family or staff members who have never used MaiaGrazing before and you wish to set up with access to your account.

  • Existing MaiaGrazing users - someone who already uses MaiaGrazing, often grazing consultants who have access to the accounts of their clients.

Adding New MaiaGrazing Users

To set up access for a new user:

  • Click on the 'cog wheel' Cog Wheel in the top right hand corner of the screen(1.) to open the Settings Dashboard 

  • Look in the People box to locate the 'Add New User' option

  • Click on 'Add New User' (2).

  • Enter user details and save.

  • Enter an email address. The new users email address becomes their username.

  • Enter a valid phone number. (eg. For an Australian number 0123 456 789 should be entered as +61 123 456 789.) The phone number helps us get in touch if we can't contact the user via intercom or email.

  • The nickname is not essential.

  • The user type is either Standard ( No access to stockflow report and financial details. Can't add new users.) or Company Admin (has full access to all screens and can add new users.)

  • Click on 'Save'.

Once you have saved the new user details, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you entered, with their login details.

I keep getting a message that says username must be unique.

Please contact the support team. This means that this email address has already been used to login to our system and the support team will need to manually assign this user to your account.

Setting up access for existing MaiaGrazing users

Please contact the Support team to provide access of an existing user to your MaiaGrazing account.
