Moves that have been created by a grazing plan can be edited.
There are several ways you can edit committed moves in a MaiaGrazing grazing plan:

Using the days in paddock override box,

Accessing the move screen from the grazing plan

Re-ordering the paddocks/pastures in the grazing plan

Adding new paddocks/pastures to the grazing plan.
This document covers how to edit moves that have been created by a grazing plan by accessing the original grazing plan and using either
OPTION 1: using the days in paddock/pasture override box, or
OPTION 2: accessing the move screen from the grazing plan.
OPTION 1. How to edit moves through a Grazing Plan by using the days in paddock/pasture override box.
- Click on the 'Planning' tab (1.)
- Click on 'Grazing Plans' (2.)
Click on the name of the committed graze plan to be edited.

Scroll down the graze plan

Locate the move to be edited

Click into the data box under the 'Days in Paddock/Pasture Override' column.

Type the number of days in paddock/pasture override box to adjust the Entry Date and Time for the NEXT paddock/pasture).

Scroll to the bottom of the plan

Click on 'Save Plan and Commit to Chart'
OPTION 2. How to edit moves through a Grazing Plan by accessing the move screen from the grazing plan

Click on the 'Planning' tab (1.)

Click on 'Grazing Plans' (2.)

Click on the name of the committed graze plan to be edited. (3.)
Scroll down the graze plan- Locate the move/graze to be edited
- Click on the date and time beside the move/graze

Wait for the mob/herd move screen to open.

Edit the date and/or time in the mob/herd move screen

Click 'Confirm move'.

Scroll to the bottom of the grazing plan

Click on 'Save and commit to chart'
These changes will flow through to the graze chart and readjust the subsequent moves based on the change in time saved.
Note: If you are going to use a combination of changing the number of days in the paddock/pasture by using the "Days in paddock/pasture override" column as well clicking on the dates to open the mob move screen then please click on "Save Plan" between each change to ensure that your changes are kept.
