Troubleshooting on the MaiaGrazing Plus Phone App

Common issues with the Mobile App and how to solve them.

This article troubleshoots why a mob/herd move entered on MaiaGrazing Plus is not displaying on other devices, or why you cannot save a mob/herd move on your device and explains the errors you might encounter on the mob moves page.

Step 1: Mob/Herd moves not saving

If you have entered a mob/herd move onto your mobile device, and it is not showing on other mobile devices or the desktop version of MaiaGrazing, it means the move has not synced from your device to the MaiaGrazing Cloud.

To resolve this, it is necessary to find the source of the error and amend it. It is best to do this when you are in good mobile service or on a wifi network.

Step 2: Failed Move

Check if there are any errors and click on "view failed move"

3. Duplicate Move Error

MaiaGrazing Plus will tell you the reason for the error. If it is a duplicate move, you can fix this error by either discarding the move or editing it.

4. Server Error

If the move has failed to synchronise due to a server error, you can retry the upload, or discard the move and try entering it again.

5. Paddock Error

If the move has failed because of the paddock error, you can choose to remove the paddock from the move or discard the move. If you require assistance amending your paddock/pasture history please contact a member of the Grazing Success team.
