Accessing your mob/herd history screen.

Access your mob/herd history screen to view chronological changes in mob numbers including deaths, births, sales, purchases.

  • Click on 'Operations' to open the Operations Dashboard (1)

  • Click on 'Livestock' from the left hand menu to open your mob/herd list (2)

     

Click on the name of your mob/herd to open your mob/herd management screen. (3)

  • Wait for the mob/herd management screen to open.

  • Click on the 'mob/herd history' tab. (4)

  • Your mob/herd flow should now be displayed on your screen. It will look similar to the example below:

  1. Column one displays all events that have happened to this mob in chronological order. The most recent event is at the top of the list. (1)

  2. Column two displays the dates that the events occurred. (2)

  3. Column three displays the total number of head in the mob (3)

  4. Column four displays the changes to total numbers due to the event that occurred on that date. (4)

  • Click on the drop down arrow beside the headcount change column to show the stock group numbers for your mob/herd as at the date of the event. (5)

Clicking on the blue writing in column one that displays the events will open the event that changed the total mob/herd count. (6)
