Changing User Setting Preferences

How to change your preferences including metrics, stocking unit and feed observation method.

In MaiaGrazing you can select your preferences to suit your requirements.

  • Hover your mouse cursor over the person avatar icon at the top right of screen.

  • Wait for the drop down box to appear.

  • Click on 'User Settings Preferences'.

  • Click on drop down box under 'Unit System'

  • Click on your preference (either Metric or Imperial)

  • Click on 'Stock Rating Unit' to set livestock rating.

  • Click on 'Feed Observation Method' and select your observation method.

If you are located in North America, and wish to work in the North American Animal Unit, please select "AU" from the "Stock Rating Unit" and "Stockdays" from the "Feed Observation Method." 

updateunits 

  • Click on 'Save' when finished.

Using mixed units across Stock rating and feed observations is not recommended. Example: "AU" stock rating unit and "lbs.dm" Feed Observation Method.
