Edit an existing Grazing Plan - Adding Paddocks/Pastures.

Step 1: Navigate to the plan

• Click on 'Planning' (1.)

• Click on 'Grazing Plans' (2.)

• Click on the name of the committed graze plan to be edited. (3.)

 

Step 2: Expand the Mobs/Herds & Paddocks/Pastures section.

• Scroll down the screen until you see 'Mobs/Herds & Paddocks/Pastures' written in blue.

• Click on the words 'Mobs/Herds & Paddocks/Pastures' to expand that section of the plan.

 

Step 3: Add more paddocks/pastures to the grazing plan.

• Look for the 'Add and Arrange Paddocks/Pastures' box.

• Click on 'Select more Paddocks/Pastures' to add one paddock at a time.

• Click on 'Select multiple paddocks/pastures' to add more than one paddock.

• Click on the name of the paddocks/pastures to be added to the plan.

Step 4: Change the order that the paddocks are to be grazed in

Paddocks/pastures added to the plan will appear at the bottom of your paddocks/pastures listed for grazing. To move these paddocks into the preferred grazing order:

• Click and hold with your left mouse button on the label of the paddock/pasture to be moved.

• Drag the paddock/pasture name label up or down the list as required by moving your mouse.

• Drop the paddock/pasture into the list by releasing the left mouse button.

• Drag and drop any other paddocks as required.

Step 5: Save the new paddock/pasture order.

• Scroll to the bottom of the graze plan

• Click on either 'Save Plan' to save the plan WITHOUT updating your grazing chart. (1)

OR

• Click on 'Save Plan and Commit to Chart' button to save the plan and update your grazing chart. (2)
