Simply editing paddock boundaries without first entering a split or merge, may corrupt existing graze history for the affected paddocks.

  • Locate the Land section of the dashboard

  • Click on "Map Setup". (2)

Step 4: Edit the boundary

  • Wait for the 'Paddock/pasture boundary setup screen' to open.

  • Think of the blue dots as strainer or corner posts.

  • Click and hold down with the left mouse key on a blue dot (post).

  • Drag the blue dot to move the boundary.

  • Release the left mouse key when the post is in position.

Hint: Above the map area you can see:

  • The area of the paddock that has been calculated by MaiaGrazing from the current boundary location. (a)

  • Coordinates of the mouse cursor. If you have GPS coordinates of your corner posts this may help you to draw your fence lines in hard to see areas on the map. (b)

Step 5: Save your paddock boundary

  • Click on 'Save' in the bottom right corner when you are finished.
