Reset Lost or Forgotten Passwords

Steps to find or reset your current password.

This article explains how to find or reset your password.

To view your current password

  • Open the MaiaGrazing login screen on your desktop

  • Click in the data entry box under 'Username'

  • Click on your username from the auto fill prompts.

  • Allow autofill to enter your username and password.

  • Hover you mouse cursor to the right of your password and an eye icon will appear (1).

  • Click on the eye icon to display your password.

  • Click on the box beside 'Remember me' to have your login information appear automatically on your next login (2).

 

If you can't remember your password or you get an error saying that your password is incorrect then:

  • Click on 'Forgot password' (3). This will send a link to your registered email address to reset your password.

  • Open your email account.

  • Use the link to reset your password.
