The data on my app looks different to my desktop
When your stock does not appear in the same paddock/pasture on your phone as it does on your desktop.
The most common cause for this issue is that MaiaGrazing Plus has not uploaded (synchronized) data to the cloud to be downloaded onto other devices (mobile or desktop).
There are two common (and easy) ways to fix this problem. We will try the simplest fix first.
1. Perform a manual sync from MaiaGrazing Plus on your phone.
This can be accessed from the main menu, which is accessed by pressing the bookshelf icon in the top left.
Pressing the circular arrows next to your name will perform a manual sync, as demonstrated in the image below.
If you are finding that there is still a discrepancy between the paddocks that mobs are in on your phone compared to the desktop, you may have a move that is blocking some of the moves from uploading.
2. Check the moves tab for any failed moves.
The moves tab can be accessed from the main menu or via the dashboard, as in the image below.
Once in the moves menu, you are looking for this error:
Click "view failed move". You can then choose to edit the move to occur on a different date or time, or discard the move entirely.
Repeat the manual sync described in step 1, and this should resolve your issues. If you have more than one move error, you may need to repeat this process several times. Please
